I used my knowledge of cross stitch as I learned new stitches. I am such a visual learner, I need pictures. Those are the resources I searched for in researching my project. Some stitches were easier than others, bigger and therefore I needed less of them to sew the dresses to the fabric. Some were more tedious, thus I found my project was taking longer than I thought it would.
